This and That About Neckties

I can’t wait to share this tie with you!  It is a marvelous mixture of patterns and colors.  This is the type of tie which falls in the geometric tie category because it isn’t one of the typical patterns, that is solid, striped, plaid, polka dot, floral or paisley. This silk necktie has circles and squares woven into the fabric.  In addition the pattern joins cool blue with warm red.  It combines broad brush strokes with diamonds.  And no ordinary diamonds!  Each is half blue and half red and contains at least one small black square.

This 50’s Red & Blue Diamonds Silk Neckwear will turn heads everywhere you go. This three inch wide skinny tie was produced by Superba in the mid 1950’s, a time when ties narrowed down from the 4+ inch wide 1940’s ties and still boasted large patterns and designs.
