This and That About Neckties

40 happens.  To all of us if we’re lucky.  And if we’re even luckier, someone will make sure everyone else knows it, too, by gifting us an overstated tie such as this one! I’ve seen  similar neckwear which features balloons, wrapped gifts, hats, streamers and birthday cakes for any age.  Which birthday tie you get really depends on the birthday boy, his funny bone and his sensitivity to his age, although it is all meant in good fun.  Most people can grin and wear it for one day!
