This and That About Neckties

Happy Happy New Year!

January 8th marked our second anniversary, and I must say it has been a wonderful journey!  We have met many interesting people who share our love of ties and really appreciate the personalized service that we provide to each and every customer.

Over the past year we have changed the look of the site and have added a few more features to make navigation throughout the site a breeze.  Many of our customers have bookmarked our site and regularly return to their favorite categories to view the newest additions.  We’ve created a New Arrivals page for all neckties I’ve just added.  In fact ties are further separated by the week in which I add them, up to 4 weeks worth!

We got a call one day from a customer who loves our thin neckties but found wading through 12 pages and 600 neckties a daunting task and requested that we make that section more user friendly.  He said he knew the width he preferred, and while he likes all skinny ties, the ones produced during the 50’s and 60’s were his favorites.  We really appreciated his input and two days later all of our narrow neckwear was separated by width and era!   All newly added skinny ties are listed in their own category.   Take a look at our new and improved  skinny tie page.

We are in the process of  revamping portions of the site to make it even more fun and easy to find your favorite ties.  For one, we will be adding a hand painted tie category (right now they are located in the Art & Music tie page) and a Save The Children category.  Also, the Sports & Games tie page will have additional links for each type of sport.

For those of  you on a tight budget, the Ties as Low as $5 Dollars page will soon be separated by price ($5, $10 and $15 dollars) to help you enjoy the best bang for your buck!  And in this tough economy, who doesn’t like a good bargain?

We are very pleased to be adding a testimonial page of unsolicited compliments from all of our happy and satisfied customers!
