This and That About Neckties

I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!

This tie you see appears to depict an alphabet of sorts, but I have no clue which one.  Someone suggested ancient Greek, but it isn’t. I’ve looked and looked unsuccessfully.

This alphabet chart necktie is a real enigma.  Actually I have two such ties, this red one and another yellow one. It did occur to me that maybe Oliver Fitz, the designer, has taken artistic liberties and has created gobbly gook to make it look like letters.  Then the joke would be on us! Although I’d much prefer for it to be some ancient alphabet only familiar to linguistic scholars.
