Who Doesn’t Like To Be Complimented On Doing A Good Job Selling Vintage Men’s Ties?!
I just got a phone call from a customer asking about his package which they haven’t received yet. I did a quick Track & Confirm check on the USPS website, and according to them it was misrouted and is on its way to the correct destination.
The customer could have thanked me right then and there and been on his way, but instead he wanted to let me know how much he likes my website and it’s ease of use. He said this is one of the many reasons he prefers to do business with us versus other online places. Looking at his order for one 60’s era skinny tie and one funky 70’s vintage tie, I could tell he looked at a variety of men’s ties. His kind words made my day!
