Superb Customer Service Makes Necktie Customers Happy
It’s not about the money as displayed on this Large Denomination Bills Money Tie! Well I need to make money to stay in business, but I am happiest when my customers are happy. Exceptional customer service is paramount for shoppers to return to shop some more (besides having great products!) When I think about the type of treatment I want to give, I think about the kind I would like to receive.
For example, the other day someone places two orders back to back. They bought two men’s ties, one Valentine’s Day necktie and a Jerry Garcia tie displaying hearts. Then they found a designer tie right after placing the first order. I shipped all three together and emailed them that I was issuing a refund for the shipping & handling charged on the second order.
I did this first and foremost, because it is the right things to do. The action speaks volumes about me as a person and as a business owner, and the good karma continues beyond the transaction.
