Well I need to make money to stay in business, but I am happiest when my customers are happy. When I think about the type of treatment I want to give, I think about the kind I would like to receive.

For example, the other day someone places two orders back to back. They bought two men’s ties, one Valentine’s Day necktie and a Jerry Garcia tie displaying hearts. Then they found a designer tie right after placing the first order.  I shipped all three together and emailed them that I was issuing a refund for the shipping & handling charged on the second order.
