Good question!

(1) For one, you SAVE MONEY ON SHIPPING! Ebay has thousands of listings for mens ties, neckties, vintage ties, designer ties, skinny ties, and so on, but if you find two ties from two separate sellers, you often have to pay shipping for each one, and that adds up after a while. In contrast, since we offer every type of tie under the sun, from 1920’s neckties to 1980’s ties to modern counterparts and even brand new ties, you can shop to your hearts content under one roof. Better yet, whether you live in the United States or abroad, you get free standard shipping with any $50+ dollar order. Now that rocks!

(2) Furthermore, you enjoy CONFIDENCE IN YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! We have been in business since 2002 & have thousands of happy customers clamoring for more neckwear. Part of my confidence is born in the fact that I love what I do. I wake up every morning looking forward to my job! I love ties and my goal is find happy homes for them, as corny as that might sound.

(3) SAVINGS passed onto the customer. I accomplish this in two ways: First, while I do sell some neckwear on Ebay, I do so as a way of introducing people to my website. On Ebay I have to pay 11% to Ebay for every sale plus another 2% to Paypal, which is owned by Ebay. Conversely, on Ties2Pillows.com I don’t have those costs and can pass the savings onto my customers. Simple as that.  Plus I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of my shipping. I have found that with regard to items as light as neckties, USPS offers the best shipping rates, which means I can offer very fair shipping rates to all of my customers!

Look, I understand if you find that killer tie on Ebay, Etsy or another site which you absolutely must have. It happens. It has happened to me on eBay. I bought my one and only Salvador Dali tie on eBay. But please consider me as a necktie source. I promise to please!
